Overview:
We are looking for a motivated commission only sales representative to help sell appointment setting AI chatbots and automation solutions. This is a high-earning potential role for someone who excels at lead generation, sales, and client relations.
Ideal candidates are those with strong lead generation, cold calling skills, and have prior sales experience. You will be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and ensuring smooth onboarding for clients. We provide extensive product training, marketing tools, and fulfillment support to help you succeed.
The primary product being pitched includes a state of the art appointment setting AI chatbot that is paired with a comprehensive CRM solution. Reps also have the option to offer other AI automation services and lead generation tools as a downsell for greater flexibility of securing clients.

Compensation Structure:
$1,000 flat commission per chatbot sale (Client pricing is $3,000 one-time setup + $297/month for recurring access to tools).
If sales are made for non-standard chatbot pricing, commission moves to 30%(sell it for more, make more commission).
30% commission on all automation service sales.
Payout within one week of full client payment.
Company-backed fulfillment support- reps are only responsible for gathering client onboarding information.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation & Sales:
Prospect and cold call to find leads.
Conduct sales presentations and product demos.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Log all sales activity in the CRM.
Client Onboarding:
Ensure that the client provides all necessary information needed to fulfill their order.
Answer any questions regarding what is needed for client fulfillment.

Customizable demo bot with specific objectives(to be used while in a meeting with client).

Requirements:
Prior sales or lead generation experience required.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Detail oriented and good with follow up.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
Interest in AI & automation technology.
